食材:

百香果 10顆(果肉約300g)

蘋果(切丁備用) 約150g

檸檬汁半顆約35g

冰糖 65g
蜂蜜 35g
 
 
作法
                                            
1.百香果對剖取其果肉備用,蘋果去皮切成小丁(可稍微以鹽水洗一下避免氧化),將蘋果丁倒入小鍋內以中火煮至半透明狀                                            
                                            
2.倒入百香果肉與蘋果丁一起熬煮至沸騰後,轉小火煮至軟爛                                            
                                            
3.熬煮時需不時攪拌,並隨時將浮沫撈除                                            
                                            
4.倒入檸檬汁、冰糖、蜂蜜再以中火攪拌熬煮至沸騰後轉小火                                            
                                            
5.以小火持續熬煮並不斷攪拌,熬煮至果醬呈現光澤、濃縮有黏稠感即可關火                                            
                                            
6.裝入玻璃瓶內,蓋上瓶蓋倒扣放涼冷藏即完成                                            
 
**熬煮果醬時需不時撈除浮沫並不斷攪拌,才不會煮焦喔^^
