材料                                                                                     

老薑母 300g
純黑糖 600g
 
 
作法
                                            
1.老薑洗淨,連皮切成薄片,再切成小塊狀(也可磨成薑泥);                                            
                                            
2.薑片擺進內鍋,再均勻倒上黑糖,蓋上內鍋蓋或封上保鮮膜,放進電鍋,外鍋一杯水,進行蒸煮;                                            
                                            
3.蒸好後,取出待涼,裝入洗淨、烘乾的密封罐中,冷藏;                                            
                                            
4.取出適量黑糖薑汁,沖入熱開水,即是一杯香甜熱辣的黑糖薑茶!                                            
                                
 
                                                
 
Tips:
1.蓋內鍋蓋可防止水氣進入;
2.用乾淨又乾燥的湯匙取用;
3.需冷藏。
