啤酒 1罐
 
 
作法
1先將蝦頭尖刺和胡鬚剪除~去除腸泥~洗淨                                           
                                        
 
2倒入啤酒   
                                             
                                        
 
3一起放入鍋中~把薑絲一起放進去~蓋上鍋蓋煮
                                          
                                        
 
4等到啤酒滾了~蝦顏色變紅即可
